Customer noticed that the adhesive was coming through the joints in the vinyl plank flooring, after trace and access it was found that there was a pin hole in one of the pipes supplying the sink that was buried in the concrete floor. The pipe was exposed and repired and floor dried ready for the installation of new flooring.
